The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony Q. Carter, 46, 2094 Old Toll Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for harassment and peace disturbance.

* Jennifer L. Morton, 25, 304 N. Main St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Summit Court.

* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of Wedgewood Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of North West Lane.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Property damage ws reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Summonses

* Matthew B. Johnson, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

* Linda K. Lawrence, 61, 1010 North St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Nakeshia S. Dockery, 32, 620 Hickory St., was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Damien K. Craig, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Cory A. Ponder, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher A. Wareing, 31, 375 Titanium Lane, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of South Bast Street.
