Arrests

* Samuel M. Cook, 21, 122 Bellevue St. No. 23, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Andrew C. Karnes, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a glass container in a city park.

* Broderick D. Furlow, 42, 2596 Travelers Way, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Breckenridge Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of North Ohio Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Andrew Street.

* John I. Dillingham, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Pamela F. Simpson, 52, 1315 Orchard Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Corteiz D. King, 40, 11 E. Madison St., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Miscellaneous

* Check welfare was requested in the 400 block of Howard Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of Rosebud Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Adams Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Travelers Way.
