JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin L. McKee, 22, 263 County Road 347, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Christian A. Brown, 17, 1460 County Road 468, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* David A. Sturm, 19, 189 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the area of West Independence Street and Symphony Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of South High Street.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 1100 block of North Street.

Summonses

* Ellsbeth B. McMackins, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Melissa E. Way, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher A. Shepard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carol L. Draper, 72, 1730 E. Jackson Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Justin L. McKee, 22, 263 Country Road 347, was issued a summons for failure to stop for posted stop sign.

* Justin Q. Harris, 17, 930 Raines Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Velda S. Strack, 58, 706 Francis Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Michael D. Barnes, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of South High Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of North Hope and Florence streets.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Road.
