* Geronimo G. Hogan, 29, 803 Independence St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of a violation of a court order.
* Samuel W. Howard, 45, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South West Lane.
* A theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Burglary
* An attempted burglary was reported in the 300 block of North Maryland Street.
* A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Gloria Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Brown Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Eastview Court.
* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of East Independence Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
Miscellaneous
* Soliciting was reported at Old Cape Road and Shawnee Boulevard.
* Soliciting was reported in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.
* Soliciting was reported on Greenleaf Avenue.
* Soliciting was reported in the 700 block of W. Independence Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.
* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of Greensferry Road and North Maryland Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Apache Avenue.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Litz Boulevard.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
* Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jacqueline C. Parker, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Dunklin County warrants for a probation violation, nonsupport, fraud (insufficient funds) and three Stoddard County warrants for possession of narcotic equipment and marijuana possession.
* Timothy A. Kluesner, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, driving while revoked, a peace disturbance and property damage.
* Shannon R. Maddox, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, posession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Harold L. Appel, 52, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* William L. Brown, 52, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of child molestation.
* Christopher Pool, 36,of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and failure to signal properly.
