JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do no imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dustin L. Tatum, 19, 619 Sue Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and drug paraphernalia.

* Jeremiah T. Siggers, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

* Christina M. Lemonds, 49, 127 Cedar Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Steven L. Simmons, 39, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failing to yield to emergency vehicle.

* Michael P. Shanks, 55, 426 County Road 541, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Cape Girardeau city warrant.

* Levi B. Bowers, 24, of Millersville was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant.

* Thomas C. Dobbs, 21, 304 Pear Tree Lane, was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Corey A. Hill, 19, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 35 grams or less.

* Breeze D. Pearson, 17, of Alto Pass, ill., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession.

* Justin Q. Harris, 17, 930 Raines Ave., was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession by consumption.

* Samantha M. Pruitt, 22, 1508 Oak St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.

* Brittany N. Phillips, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speed.

Summonses

* George W. Kelly IV, 48, 298 County Road 438, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* Sherri L. Brethold, 41, 620 Hickory St., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without valid operators license.

* Rose K. Reiminger, 33, 732 Odus St., was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Michael P. Shanks, 55, 426 County Road 541, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Harold E. Stone II, 44, 720 W. Jefferson St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jamie L. Jones, 36, 243 Mohican Lane, No. 41, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Steven W. Winick, 18, 3252 County Road 525, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

* A burglary was reported in the area of Parkview Street.

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Sioux Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the area of West Independence Street and Symphony Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Bogey Lane.
