The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Tucker G. Koeing, 26, 426 East Lane, No. 2, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.
* Zachariah D. Sutton, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of an illegal firearm.
* Marminda R. Halterman, 49, 1224 North St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
* Michael M. Herberlie II, 20, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Joshua S. Brands, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Lee A. Treadwell, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* William J. Penrod II, 25, 460 Mansfield Place, was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and a seat-belt violation.
* Elizabeth D. Johnson, 36, 303 S. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator's license.
* Austin T. Proffer, 18, 3577 County Road 439, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* An assault was reported in the 300 block of Spring View Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 2200 block of Walton Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
* Burglary was reported in the 3800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Assistance was requested in the 400 block of East Main Street.
* Assistance was requested in the 500 block of Berchman Street.
* Assistance was requested in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.
* Assistance was requested in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Assistance was requested in the 300 block of North Missouri Street.
* Assistance was requested in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Assistance was requested in the 1100 block of Shady Lane.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
