Arrests

* Cody A. Seyer, 22, 529 E. Adams St., was arrested on a Perryville, Mo., warrant.

Summonses

* Heather M. Galloway, 17, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle.

* John G. Frye IV, 17, of Gordonville received a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive and possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Jameelah J. Woods, 17, 711 W. Washington St., received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.

Burglaries

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 1400 block of Briarwood Street.

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 700 block of Abbie Court.
