The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christine A. Consalvo, 27, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Dustin M. Parmer, 28, 1139 Connie St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a stealing charge.

* Jeffrey J. Bach, 53, 306 Wayne St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a possession of controlled substance and stealing charge.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Ridge Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Mulberry Street.

Summonses

* Donna M. Young, 42, 415 Elwanda Drive, was issued a summons for littering.

* Irvetta M. Young, 36, of Jefferson City, Mo., was issued summonses for driving while suspended and failure to register motor vehicle.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Oak Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of East Main Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
