The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jacob L. Cripps, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Justin L. Brandy, 29, 106 Donald St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to pay fines.
* Benny J. Benavente, 26, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Alyssa K. Basham, 19, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
* Steven W. Campbell, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Deeann M. Beine, 56, of Jackson was issued a summons for a child-seat restraint violation.
* Damien A. McElhaney, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle
* Julia F. Vaughn, 36, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
* Dennis W. Allen, 52, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a scooter without a helmet.
* Terri A. Joyce, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Propert damage was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* Assistance was requested in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
* Assistance was requested in the 300 block of Elwanda Drive.
* A court order violation was reported in the 2200 block of Whitney Jean Drive.
* Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Old Toll Road.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Hickory Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
