Jackson police report 6/14/15

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Robert L. Crader Jr., 60, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Tyler P. Hawn, 49, 323 E. Washington St., No. B, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
• Michael S. Cruz, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
• Jesse J. Ochoa, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and three Arnold, Missouri, warrants.
• Zachary I. Keller, 25, 617 N. Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summonses

• Wilton L. Carter, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
• Chelci M. Thurman, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Joseph W. Hendrix, 41, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Dusty W. Weston, 33, of Jackson was issued summonses for public nuisance (weed and vegetation control).
• Charles B. McCoy, 24, of Jackson was issued summonses for public nuisance (weed and vegetation control and unlicensed vehicle in driveway.

Theft

• Thefts were reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street and the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

Burglary

• A burglary attempt was reported in the 1400 block of Normandy Lane.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the area of Highland Drive and Shawnee Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 2800 block of Hilltop Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of East Lane and Rolling Fields Drive and in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 1700 block of Ridge Road.
• Property was found in the area of Sunset Drive and North High Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive, the 1200 block of East Main Street and the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
• Domestic disturbances were reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive and the 700 block of East Independence Street.
