JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Crystal G. Ingram, 32, 308 S. Ohio St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for littering in the city park.

* Jerry L. Franklin Jr., 31, 930 E. Main St., No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Matthew R. Henson, 23, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain insurance.

* Joshua W. Rainey, 29, 790 Mockingbird Lane, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Summonses

* Jason M. Amelunke, 33, 236 West Ora Lee Drive, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Dale A. Schnurbush, 51, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Courtney M. Baughn, 23, 1227 Cherokee Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Patrick S. Seabaugh, 50, of Patton, Missouri, was issued summonses for a seat-belt violation and failure to use-turn signal.

* Kimberly J. Smith, 36, 1907 Watson Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Susan M. Johnson, 58, of Burfordville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ryan C. Wiley, 42, 2215 Bainbridge Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carol S. Shelton, 52, 425 Wayne Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

* Erica D. Gray, 28, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.

* Thomas J. Rogers, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Cherokee Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.

* Fight in progress was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the area of East Main Street and Green Meadows Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of North Hope Street.

* An assist was requested in the area of Quail Creek Drive and South Hope Street.

* Identity theft was reported in the 2200 block of Shannon Court.

* Trespassing was reported in the 2200 block of Oak Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
