Arrests

  • Diovionne R. Moore, 22, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.
  • Kasey A. Quinn, 20, 700 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Christopher W. Magers, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
  • Joshua W. Wilson, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
  • Arthur F. Ford IV, 22, 1589 Bel Air Drive, No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

  • Richard M. Hacker, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.
  • Ceylon J. Herath, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Seth K. Myers, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Christopher J. Taormina, 37, of Jackson, Doyle D. McClanahan, 42, of Jackson, John W. Hitt, 41, of Cape Girardeau, and Robert C. Crader Jr., 60, of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses for failure to obtain a city business license.

Thefts

  • Thefts were reported in the 200 block of North Farmington Road and in the 700 block of Mulberry Street.

  • Burglary was reported in the 4000 block of Bainbridge Road.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

  • Check the welfare was requested in the 1000 block of Clark Street.

  • Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North Donald Street.
  • Domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
