The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Adam L. Metelski, 28, 725 Bois D'Arc St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brittany M. Taylor, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tomarla D. Edgar, no age given, of Willisville, Illinois, was issued a summons for illegal parking.

* William J. Unger, 76, 1044 Oakland Drive, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

* Harold M. Williams, 40, 1402 Bel Air Drive, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without license plates.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchrd Road.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Michael Anna Street.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 2500 block of Travelers Way.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and South Hope Street.
