The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Robert Alvarado, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Austin D. Sander, 18, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of K2 less than 35 grams and failure to display rear license plate light.

Arrests

* Duncan T. Hahs, 23, 326 East Lane, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license is revoked.

* Cody L. Senn, 20, 1207 E. Main St., No. 11, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Jason D. Goodman, 29, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Kimberly M. Bauer, 43, 686 County Road, No. 444, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 35 grams, possession of a controlled substance in city jail, two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another and failure to have two lighted tail and brake lights.

* Patricia A Knight, 37, 957 W. Independence St., No. 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams.

* Jackie W. Bradley Jr., 24, 957 W. Independence St., No. 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams.

* Chad M. Scroggins, 19, 804 Francis Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Brandon M. Kellum, 28, 416 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for failure to obey a lawful order by a police officer and for injurious conduct.

* Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Stacy L. Thompson, 37, of Caruthersville, Mo., received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to have a license plate light.

* Erica N. Richards, 24, 607 W. Washington St., received a summons for failure to drive within a single lane and possession of marijuana.

* Benjamin J. Martin, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Anthony J. Minner, 26, 167 Skyline Drive, No. 87, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Cecile Drive.

* Theft was reported in 800 block of Amanda Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Oak and Henderson streets.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Oak and North Bast streets.

* A violation of a court order was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.
