Jackson police report 5/7/12

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Perry L. Harkey, 56, of Asheville, N.C., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrest

* Randall V. Matthew, 18, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Summons

* Seana K. Buskohl, 22, 306 Plainview, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 2100 block of Litz Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Jessica Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the area of Old Cape Road and Marilyn Drive.

* A fight was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A fight was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
