The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* H. Patrick Ellis, 37, 963 W. Independence St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Clayton C. Leming, 23, 117 Shady Oaks, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Nicholas B. Miller, 23, 630 Broadridge Drive, Apt. E-1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speed.

Arrests

* Zachariah C. Willmirth, 22, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.

* Kenneth B. Pitts II, 28, 613 Bedrock Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and property damage.

* Kevin A. Woods, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Trevaris D. Forbes, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Zachariah D. Sutton, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of receiving stolen property.

* Corey D. Wade, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Matthew R. Schaefer, 31, 214 N. Ohio St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Gill Family Properties of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for sign uses and regulations.

* Aristeo L. Islas, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kelly L. Sander, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Michael D. Johnson, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and speeding.

* Jason A. Scherer, 36, 621 E. Adams, No. 4, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and speeding.

* Rui C. Lin, 17, 11815 E. Jackson Blvd., No. A, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Anthony J. Cruz, 20, 610 Odus Drive, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and speeding.

* Jaclyn R. Dameron, 35, 2304 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Marcus Rothweiler, 46, 15400 W. Independence St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brittany N. Pagano, 25, 728 Hickory St., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance, displaying the plates of another and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.

* Joshua L. Goza, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

* Amber N. Welsh, 27, 316 N. High St., was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Chance T. Umfleet, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Kalyn L. Yount, 62, of Greenville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lee A. Wright, 23, of Cairo, Illinois, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
