The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Kyle A. Kluesner, 51, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Taylor A. Colvin, 18, 5303 Highway OO, was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Thaddeus C. Schwepker, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while suspended and failing to provide insurance.

* Robert L. Rhodes, 46, of Millersville was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia.

* Ronald G. Elbert, 32, 924 Old Cape Road, received a summons for trespassing.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Wedgewood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of York Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Park Street.
