The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Paige Sides, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

• William Cook, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
• Assault was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Broadridge Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Donna Drive.
• Fraud was reported in the 600 block of Randy Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
