The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Tony L. Watt, 26, of Harrisburg, Illinois, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of property damage.

Summonses

* Emily J. Owens, 37, 194 Sunrise Drive, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.

* Kaitlyn R. Shell, 18, 205 Bast St., was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Terry L. King, 64, 930 Main St., No. 6, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle when headlights required.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Broadridge Drive.
