The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Michael J. Eckstein, 33, 1445 Woodland Drive, No. C, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Summonses

• Robert L. Seabaugh, 25, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Lisa R. Daly, 49, of Jackson was issued summonses for improper lane usage and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
• Judy L. Strachan, 61, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Luke E. McClellan, 28, of Scott City was issued summonses for a seat-belt violation, a stop-sign violation and failure to maintain insurance.
• Danielle P. Kelley, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Michelle L. Otte, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ulrick V. McGuire, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and careless and imprudent driving.
• Michael J. Eckstein, 33, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and failure to maintain a single lane.
