* Christopher W. Lister, 37, 2800 Dianna Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joy K. Watson, 44, 1623 Cedar St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kyle D. Brown, 25, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christina L. Mayberry, 35, 118 N. Main St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
