The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Brian K. Hagan, 50, Glenallen, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Emma D. Lands, 67, was issued a summons for failure to yield to another vehicle causing a motor vehicle accident.

* Julia F. Vaughn, 37, 411 Kies Ave., was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Christopher W. Lister, 37, 2800 Dianna Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joy K. Watson, 44, 1623 Cedar St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kyle D. Brown, 25, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christina L. Mayberry, 35, 118 N. Main St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Emily N. Collins, 70, 2404 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Kai L. Keller, 49, 617 N. Hope St., was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Leslie M. Beasley Jr., 60, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for a stop-sign violation and a seat-belt violation.

* Karen F. Gentry, 67, 605 Lyndhurst Drive, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
