The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Lauren E. Hine, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Corey J. Cantwell, 36, 216 Francis Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Pierce R. Hernandez, 20, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to stop at a posted stop sign, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Patrick D. Thompson, 22, 145 Linden St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Neil N. Howland Jr., 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
