The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Lauren E. Hine, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Corey J. Cantwell, 36, 216 Francis Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Pierce R. Hernandez, 20, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to stop at a posted stop sign, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Patrick D. Thompson, 22, 145 Linden St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.
* Neil N. Howland Jr., 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Kies Avenue.
* Request to speak was reported in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Request to speak was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
* Request to speak was reported in the 300 block of Goodson Drive.
* Request to speak was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
* Request to speak was reported in the 900 block of North Oak Hill Road.
* An assist was requested in the 200 block of Lacey Street.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 2600 block of Travelers Way.
* A court order violation was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Lacey Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
