The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jennifer K. Roberts, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

* Melissa S. Wetzel, 26, 636 E. Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

* Joseph C. Keller, 37, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

* Joseph M. Livingston, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Summons

* Allison G. Derrick, 18, 933 Royce Drive, received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of East Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
