The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Derek R. Ivy, 34, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summons

• Charles E. David III, 29, of Jackson was issued summonses for displaying plates of another vehicle and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.
• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Neal Street.

Miscellaneous

• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of Spring View Drive.
• An assist was requested in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
• An assist was requested in the area of Oak Street and Morgan Street.
