The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do no imply guilt.

Arrest

* John G. Rogers-Lebcowitz, 21, 107 Skyline Drive, Lot 100, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Summons

* Paula K. Chapman, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Oak Forest Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 600 block of Brown Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.
