The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Michael L. Willis, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and violation of ignition interlock required.
  • Adam E. Collier, 25, 850 Dallas St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrest

  • Kayla M. Edmonds, 24, 1413 N. Farmington Road, No. 12, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

  • Christopher L. Franklin, 29, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another, speeding and failure to maintain insurance.
  • Roger W. Hayes, 62, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Patrick M. Moore, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Thefts

  • Thefts were reported in the 300 and 500 blocks of Broadridge Drive, the 400 block of Willow Bend Drive and the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • An assist was requested in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
  • Check the welfare was requested in the 1400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the area of North Shawnee Boulevard and East Main Street.
