JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Richard O. Kirkpatrick, 51, 831 Wellington Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Leanne N. Prince, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Tracey R. Lawrence, 40, 315 East Lane 3, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Crystal N. Bunch, 30, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Joseph D. Easley, 23, 4583 State Highway 72, was arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of stolen property and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Jaden L. Zeleny, 35, 805 Amanda St., was issued a summons for displaying plates of another and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Leanne N. Prince, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Mitchell B. Dacus, 34, 30 Middleton Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Jessica L. Thompson, 22, 509 Blanche St., was issued a summons for dog at large and failure to vaccinate.

* Linda K. Lawrence, 61, 1010 North St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Ashley J. Rhodes, 23, 1307 Brandom St., was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Donya L. Smith, 26, 713 Oak St., Apt. 11, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and failure to maintain insurance.

* Dianne S. Icaza, 65, 2625 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Danielle C. Roark, 19, 606 W. Adams St., No. 16, was issued a summons for failure to provide current insurance.

* Erika J. Benning, 22, 2615 Wedgewood Drive, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Abbie Court.

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Corinne Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1600 block of Donna Lynn Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of North West Lane.

* An assist was requested in the area of East Main and North Maryland streets.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Strawberry Lane.
