Jackson police report 4/3/17

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Departmen released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Mason Kaatman, 22, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant was was issued a citation for speeding.
• Andrew Borsnik, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree terrorist threat.
• Isaac Backer, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijnuana under 10 grams.
• Luterh Torrez, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of public intoxiation.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Washington Street.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of North High and West Park streets.
