The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Jonathan J. Fleming, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Susan L. Smith, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.
• Dustin R. Hamilton, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Theft

• Identity theft was reported in the 200 block of South Lacey Street.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Mary Street.
