The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Sherrod Willis, 26, of Pulaski, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and third-degree domestic assault.

Theft

• A theft was reported in the 600 block of Odus Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Eastview Court.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 2700 block of East Main Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 1300 block of Cherokee Street.
