JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tristan A. Rhodes, 19, 125 Brandom, St., No. B, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• James R. Scheller, 20, 4913 Pinedale Drive, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
• Michael E. Rice, 45, 612 Colorado St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
• Sarah C. Siemers, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Austin M. Kwikkel, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Stephen P. Masters, 37, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Kacie A. Walley, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license in possession.
• Debra S. Rau, 50, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Christopher K. Koch, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported in the 2200 block of Walton Drive.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.
• A weapons violation was reported in the 300 block of North Ohio Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of North Hope Street and East Main Street.
• An assist was requested in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1700 block of Ridge Road.
• An assist was requested in the 900 block of East Main Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of Redbud Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Odus Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.
• An assist was requested in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 100 block of East Lane.
• An assist was requested in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• A drug violation was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
