JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shawn L. Dobbs, 37, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of failure to appear in court, failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and escape from custody.

* Edward L. Moore Jr., 22, 607 Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Tucker G. Koenig, 27, 426 East Lane, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Brandon T. Klinkhardt, 19, 800 N. West Lane, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and peace disturbance.

* Ashley N. Biri, 23, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Justin L. Brandy, 29, 106 Donald St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

Summonses

* Amanda L. Freeman, 38, 212 Cedar Circle, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* James W. Dodd, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

* Assistance was requested in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2700 block of Old Toll Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Elm Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 1100 block of Hannah Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Morgan Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Oak Street.
