The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Rachel N. Lambert, no age given, 2092 Old Toll Road No. 17, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Justin Q. Harris, 17, 930 Raines Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and driving after 1 a.m. on an intermediate license.

Arrests

* Randal S. Carnell, 58, 142 Amber Lane, was arrested for suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

* Zachary R. Martin, 23, 2092 Old Toll Road, No. 17, was arrested for suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and suspicion of possessing marijuana less than 35 grams.

* Ethan W. Revelle, 22, 1040 Caroline Drive, was arrested on a Perryville, Mo., municipal warrant for operating a motor vehicle while driver's license revoked.

* James D. Ramshur, 17, of Millersville was arrested for suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Dillon J. Knight, 23, 117 S. Farmington Road No. 2, was arrested on an Ogle County, Ill., warrant for domestic assault and battery.

Summonses

* Maxwell N. Winchester, 17, 176 Starry Lane, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Sara A. West, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Kate L. McFadden, 21, 207 Tonya Drive, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Michael D.S. Barnes, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Todd R. Cruts, 39, 617 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Kenda A. Steel-Girod, 48, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
