Jackson police report 4/21/10

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for harassment.

Summonses

* Leah L. Marion, 46, 1445 Woodland Drive, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Sheri L. Daugherty, 41, 375 County Road 601, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* George R. Beam, 47, 2316 Bent Creek Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Jason G. Lane, 30, 1126 Highland Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Crystal L. Hines, 28, 426 Bercham St., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Jennifer R. McElvain, 31, 1126 Highland Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Jessica N. Mays, 21, 642 S. Spring St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.
