Jackson police report 4/17/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sara R. Sykes, 29, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order for failure to pay fine and costs.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for harassment.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for tampering with a motor vehicle and trespassing.

* Christopher R. Fields, 31, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license was revoked and speed.

* Lindsey E. Seabaugh, 31, 543 County Road 345, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of making a false police report.

Summonses

* Dustin L. Sievers, 30, 208 S. Shawnee Blvd., was issued summonses for a stop-sign violation, failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brooke A. Haywood, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kaci N. Brown, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license was suspended.

* Michael W. Grebe, 28, 221 S. Union Ave., No. 2, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael S. Hellman II, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license was expired and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* David R. Meece, 55, 171 Village Drive, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 300 block of Plainview Avenue.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 Block of North Neal Street.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A drug violation was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
