The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sheila R. Davis, 50, 206 E. Russell Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kirk S. Darnell, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license revoked, failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Teddy L. West, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Summonses

* Quincy D. Rhodes, 40, 1016 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Terry W. McCanless, 60, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher L. Franklin, 27, 113 S. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while suspended.

* Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Lenco Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A request to speak with an officer was made in the 300 block of Emma Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

* An assist was requested in the area of Lacey Street and Bainbridge Road.

* Fraud was reported in the 3300 block of North High Street.
