- Clarence Brown, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
- Leslie Kennedy-Looney, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

- Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
