The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Scott R. Bollinger, 50, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant and a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Blake J. Greene, 29, 430 Marilyn St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

* Kevin B. Hess, 20, of Frohna, Mo., was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* David G. Webb, 50, 3520 Leming Lane, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Christopher L. Allen, 29, 409 S. Shawnee Blvd., was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Jacob L. Holmes, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Jacqueline L. Fluegger, 47, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Faybian Miller, 30, 842 E. Jackson Blvd., was issued a summons for a dog at large.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Old Hickory Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 3100 block of Old Cape Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
