The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Melissa J. McFall, 47, of Sedewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a drug violation.

Summonses

* Brent H. Beussink, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Rachel A. Michelson, 16, 1413 N. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Kevin A. Ford II, 17, 144 County Road 465, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 200 block of East Washington Street.

* An assist was requested in the 400 block of Oak Forest Drive.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 2500 block of Terrace Park Place.

* Fraud was reported in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.

* Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Birdie Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Jessica Street.
