The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Edward F. Truss, 32, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of displaying plates of another.
* Jacqueline B. Ungerleider, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant.
Summonses
* Nikki R. Neel, 38, 323 Daisy Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Christopher C. Ludwig, 21, 970 County Road 434, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
* Mark E. Thomas Jr., 22, 615 W. Washington St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
* Christopher D. Ingham, 35, 8440 Route D, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Carolyn A. Millikan, 74, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Nicole L. Molina, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while operator's license revoked.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
Miscellaneous
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of East Washington Street.
* An assist was requested in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* An assist was requested in the 400 block of East Main Street.
