  • Danielle N. Seabaugh, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Jerome Ganiel, 60, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Danny M. Armstrong, 45, of Gideon, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Jennifer M. Walker, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
