* Victoria J. Jackson, 20, 2853 County Road 318, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.
* Joshua C. Benefield, 36, of Doniphan, Mo., was issued summonses for speed and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.
* Murray D. Baker, 43, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* n Matthew D. Nenninger, 33, 16896 Donna Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted sign.
* Eugene E. Lungwitz, 72, 16659 U.S. Highway 61, Oak Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted sign.
* Cynthia M. Salzmann, 32, 236 S. Union Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.
* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Ohio Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Deerwood Drive.
* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of Oak Street.
* Check the welfare was reported in the 700 block of North High Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the area of East Washington Street and Ohio Street.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of North Hope Street.
* Check the welfare was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Wedekind Street.
* Check the welfare was reported in the area of Woodland Drive.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Bunker Drive.
