The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Kaz C. Lange, 21, of Old Appleton, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Candace D. Wyatt, 23, of Bloomfield, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Shelly M. Jaco, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to produce proof of insurance.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A fight was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio St.
