The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of disturbing the peace and trespassing.

Summonses

* Pedro G. Ruiz, 25, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for driving without a valid operator's license.

* Francis J. Ivanovic, 51, 415 Maryland St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lucas T. Neal, 25, 503 Cedar St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Aspen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

* An assist was requested in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requested in the area of West Independence Street and Symphony Drive.

* A request to speak with an officer was made in the 500 block of Eastview Court.
