The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• James B. Johnson, 55, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Michael L. Perry, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
• Casey L. Davie, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
• E'Davion D. Wade, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
• Charles T. McClard, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeremy M. Sides, 36, 1431 Woodland Drive, No. A, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christopher G. Boettcher, 18, 190 Silk Tree Court, No. 49, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Summonses

• Christopher R. Boemler, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Michael L. Perry, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding.
• Linda L. Watson, 52, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• James B. Johnson, 55, of Millersville was issued summonses for speeding and a seat-belt violation.
• Danielle R. Clinton, 22, of Puxico, Missouri, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and speed.
• Sara E. Eaves, 37, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
• Alexander E. Carr, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.

Burglary

• Attempted burglary was reported in the 2200 block of Oak Street.

• An assist was requested in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 800 block of North Farmington Road.
• Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Fraud was reported in the 600 block of Strawberry Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 2100 block of Watson Drive.
• Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Hannah Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 1300 block of Kimbeland Drive.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Bel Air Drive.
