The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jeffery L. Reagan, 28, of Union, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

* Jacqueline S. Gohn, 55, 324 Francis St., was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* James B. Thompson, 30, 819 County Road 543, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Timothy M. Harris, 21, 718 W. Washington St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Susan L. Romani, 50, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Shawn M. Coomer, 39, of Scott City, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Brandon R. McCormick, 31, 3515 Eastwood Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Madison R. Kramer, 17, 2900 Diana Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Ada M. Lowman, 33, 725 W. Independence St., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Eric B. Goetz, 27, 494 Matt Lane, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Charlotte Court.

* An assist was requested in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of East Main Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of Oak Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Kimbelwoods Drive.
