  • William A. Niswanger, 37, of Scott City was arrested on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant.

  • Stephen M. Dunn, 20, of Millersville was issued summonses for speeding and failure to maintain insurance.
  • Jody A. Love, 47, of Jackson was issued summonses for speeding and failure to secure a minor passenger in a child-safety seat.
  • Roy A. Terry, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • John G. Palmer, 62, of Sedgewickville was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Joy D. Young, 47, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported in the 800 block of Brown Street.
