  • Ami D. Illers, 30, of 131 Deal Court was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrest

  • Nathan T. Oxley, 31, 6332 U.S. 61 was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

  • Wesley G. Borgfield, 42, of Whitewater was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Diane L. Lunsford, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Jacob Y. Standley, 28, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued summonses for speeding, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
  • Chad D. Williams, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Joshua L. Goza, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and speeding.
  • Damon B. Bowers, 18, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
  • Kimberley A. Kluge, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

  • Identity theft was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
  • Identity theft was reported in the 800 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
  • Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Greensferry Road.
  • An assist was requested in the 400 block of Alvin Street.
  • Check the welfare was requested in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
  • Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Mohawk Street.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Parkview Street.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Cecile Drive.
