DWI

• Diane M. Scully, 71, 1705 N. High St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities for drug possession.
• April D. Cecil, 32, of Benton, Arkansas, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

• Charles N. Holifield, 19, of Jackson was issued summonses for speeding and failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Independence Street.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.
• Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.
