- Jeffrey V. Mirgeaux, 54, of Scott City was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, following too close, failing to maintain insurance and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Summonses
- Arieanna A. Lee, 19, of Jackson was issued summonses for failing to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
- Rachel L. Bright, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
Miscellaneous
- Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South Union Avenue.
